Willy Vs Jonah

"War Comes to Willy"” and “Found” are just alike, why? Because they share a same theme, which is Survival. By the covers of the books and the names and time periods are different but they are alike once you read. The two books take part in a theme that represent an overall story. The two main character are the part of the whole theme. There’s Willy Freeman, who is a black slave during war. And Jonah who is adopted and in a different time period.

They seem completely different from one another but they have one thing in common. Both of them are young teenagers. They both are o their own and figuring out how to contact their parents or find them. The two books both have a scene in a part when they find out their parents are missing. Willy is trying to travel to New York to find her mother and Jonah is going back in time to find out what happened to his parents, because they were spies. So one point or another they are about the same age and trying to find someone they love.

Another reason how the books are alike are how in each story something is going to hold them back, something powerful or controlling. They both have to fight for what they want. Like for an example is Willy was on a British ship and she got caught and they were holding her back. And with Jonah he had problems with the government. They each had a sticky situation to go past of on their gurney.

Overall they are different based on the main idea of the book. Willy is a black slave trying to get to her mother back in the 1700s and Jonah is going back in time for answers to his questions.  Plus Willy is pretending to be a boy the whole time. They are clearly different but have a same problem to find someone.

In conclusion my points of both characters are true. They are only alike based on the problem of the story being told. As you read you would figure out that each of them may take place completely different form the setting and problem, but they are just two young teenagers looking for their parents. Whether it’s in the history or today. They share some common fact. I hope you can understand from my point of as I wrote, that they share something compared to each other.

The Willy Freeman.

The authors note form my point of me is how Willy Freeman is a black slave in the book. Willy is the narrator in this fantastic tale. She is explaining everything from the start of her day about how her normal life is as a slave with her mother and father, but she knows her father has to fight in the war. But Willy is explain everything she is feeling and going through. Willy has been through a lot.       

            Willy was a free slave but, she has been through a lot of a girl, she watched her own dad die and when she came home her mother was no where to be found and she knew she was taken to New York.  She has been through a lot from my point as I read she would talk about everything even the littlest details

It was as if you were in her mind, the experience she was going through alone and scared, fighting for what she wanted. From my eyes as I read, she was going through all this pain but still never gave up on her or her mother, even if it was miles and miles away. Willy was strong to jump on British ship and say she was a boy but then said she really was a girl she went on all these adventures. From as what I read I could tell how she felt or what she was going through and it changed my mind, because at first I thought none of these things would come to happen.

Randy can change

Randy, Randy is one of the characters in the book, “ The Outsiders.” He’s not one of the main characters but he is a dynamic character, but he was part of the socs and all the socs never got to know any of the greasers. Because they thought by the way they dressed was the way they acted and they weren’t rich. The socs were all high classmen that wore sweater vests and fancy clothes compared to the greasers but, Randy was kind of judge mental in the begging and worked his way up to being different in the end. Which would make him a dynamic character; because a dynamic character changes in a book or real life.

            Randy wasn’t much different from the socs, he was in a group too and judged people by the way they looked. Randy would pick on the greasers and just be a bully towards them in the book. But soon he was talking to Pony boy and apologized for mistreating them. Which would make him a dynamic character, he was rude in begging and now made up for his mistakes and so he changed throughout the book.

            Ponyboy was very differently from the greasers but he was in a group too and he wore nice clothing and I’m sure he was misjudged too from this appearances. Everyone judged someone y the way they look. Yet the socs and the greasers were to from two different worlds it was like. Socs were clean and rich and stuck up and the  greasers were tuff, kind of caring but they had a reputation to keep as the bad boys in town. And as soon as randy met them he started judging, but he changed into a less judgmental person. He apologized to PonyBoy for his attitude towards them.

            The way he was a dynamic character is how he changed throughout the book and his attitude towards others.  I wouldn’t say that Randy changed but he changed the way he set his mind.

The Greasers StereoType

 The greases are very misjudged in the book they are all tuff and rebels and everyone is afraid of them, but really they are just normal people that need a family. They are all like brothers once you read about it. They all care about each other and they just count on one another.  They do bad things because they want to help each other. And I’m not saying that I can relate to them because I for one never really had a life like them but I know where they are coming from. They understand each other and care for one another. Like family.

          A pat that basically explains the stereotypes of the greasers is when Dally saved the children from the burning church and yet no one really thanked him and towards the end his life was taken away from a fight. He should have had a second chance. They all should have had a second chance. He was a good guy. Was he misjudging? Yes, everyone in town just had their ideas of how they look. The saying” Never judge a book by its cover,” It’s something like that but sometimes they did the wrong thing. They were different. But that’s okay. Johnny was more of the leader, he went berserk after the deaths and fighting 

          I really enjoy reading the book. It takes place in the 50s and yet the greasers are dressed up in leatherjackets hair combed back and just look like rebels. But there’s more that meets the eye if you understand what they go through. I  think in my opinion the characters are just in a group and they are who they are and witch they are just misjudge for the way they look if people really got to know them. They only steal because they feel like they need to prove something or help out with money. And they help one another even if it means to hurt someone that hurt one another.

The Outsiders

Problems are starting to happen for the greasers and it’s been crazy after the murder, but Pony boy was just trying to help protect Soda pop from almost dying from Bob. Now things have gotten into more problems for the guys. With the church burning down, but they are just misjudged by everyone, because they saved the kids that were in the fire and ending up in the hospital. I know that Pony boy and Soda pop are injured. That’s all I know for right now in the book. I have a few predictions.

I have a feeling that one of the guys towards a part will die because of the fire and it will change everyone in the group. The way they act, feel and I’m sure that they will be sad, because they were all like brothers. I just gave it some thought to when it came to me is that maybe after someone die, maybe Pony Boy will change, because he does want to go to college. And I’m sure he is trying to prove everyone wrong. I mean, because his misjudged and we always try to prove something to everyone that we can do what we feel.    

            I feel that maybe towards the end the group maybe not exist anymore. I think that they will drift away and some might be in jail or have families or just not who they use to be from their past. Like what I am saying is that their will be a in 7 years later or so on it will explain what is going on for each of them as they are older and how they are living.  But that’s towards the end, in the next chapter I think that someone will die though from the fire and it just won’t be the same anymore.

So basically my prediction is that  the group will fall apart.

Free Health Care

I think that people should honestly have free health care even if they don’t have a job or a job to cover it, incase you or family has to go to the hospital to get cared for. If some people don’t have health care how they could be fixed or be able to know if they can get some kind of help. The reasons why I think that is because what if you were in a car crash and you had gotten injured how can they possibly get the help they need. Even if they did it cost about a good chunk of money and some people might not have that because of today’s economy.
In today’s economy it seems that if you don’t have a job you don’t get health care. I know because my family was having a struggle with jobs and money. Because my mom had troubles with her job and it was hard to find new jobs and so we had no health care, but now she has a job, but everything is okay now. Yet when I needed to go to the doctor we had to pay for checkups and it was hard at the time and I think that if someone that has money or job problems should still get free health care. It is important to get the help you need without worrying about how much you need to pay.
More reasons I can come up with to explain why health care should be free. Another one is Children. What I mean by children is that a lot of kids out there have problems going on inside their bodies or a lot of diseases and they can’t fight them all alone without some sort of the right care to treat it. Like a lot of children have cancer or so, and if they don’t have much how can they fight it? It’s sad sometimes how families can’t afford it and nothing much can be done. Like if I had some sickness and I didn’t know what to do and all I wanted was a check up and it cost so much money because we don’t have health care. So I my points across this subject are stating.
Another reason why I think that health care is important to be at least free, is that the kindness, what I mean by that is that I think that if you help someone with something so they feel at least safe and they shouldn’t have to worry about how much this will cost, plus also teachers get free healthcare, and that was an argument for awhile that I know that it wasn’t fair teachers got healthcare but they don’t work in the summer at all and so I thought well if they don’t have a hole year job. Then why should some people that don’t have jobs have to pay? I hope that I’m making sense.
Anyways, all my reasons I have said should make some understanding to make you say, “ Hey, maybe he’s right” Because when I want to change something I want to be sure why I want to. Just think that how much better it could be to have free healthcare and know that you’re covered no matter what happens. I just think that its an important topic to have healthcare for free. It would probably help so many people out there that need help and they can’t because of money problems or jobs. Everything I said I hope I could change what you think now about healthcare and the people out there.

The Last Moment

It was the day, the day Adam had woken up in his bed, sun shining through the window, Alarm clock radio blasting at 6:45 A.M. He got up and went to go get ready for school. Adam would always look at the old family photo of him and his mom before she died 5 years ago in a car crash. Adam’s dad had gotten re married 2 years after the lost. Ever since Adam has hated his new stepmother and never would play nice with her. Her name was Paula, but he never called her mom or so, just Paula. They never got along really because Adam thought she married his father because he had a ton of money. but she married him because she actually cared for him. Adam went to south high school and was a new freshman. Adam was much a not social person. He had a best friend named Brook. They were like brother and sister. They barley talked to anyone but each other.
School was over, And Adam and Brook were walking to Adam’s house to hangout, They got home. Walked in and everything was a mess. Adam thought that his stepmom was trying to find something. Adam was calling her name about 10times. No answer. Brook was told Adam that it could have been a burglar. Adam was worried and called dad. Dad had came rushing home. The dad looked around and knew something was wrong. They called the police. One the police got there. They knew that the stepmother was missing. And there would get back to dad as soon as possible if they heard of anything. Adam found a letter in his bag, but it wasn’t there when he got home, so it must of came 5 minutes ago.
Adam opened the letter it said, If you want to knew where your step mother went then follow these instructions. 1. Do NOT tell anyone about this letter or etc. 2. Each day you will receive a letter in your mailbox after school. open it up and do what it says, if not then you will never see her again. And you know how your dad would feel about that. Adam knew that if he didn’t help find his stepmom his father would be devastated. Brook had no idea what Adam was reading. Adam had told her to go home and he’d caller later, but Brook knew something was wrong.
Day by day Adam had gotten letters for the past 5 days telling him to leave sertion amounts of money to steal from his father in order to help, but today the letter said he can have his stepmother back. But he needed to wait till past sunrise in order to get here back with 1,000 dollars at the park in the middle of the woods. Adam didn’t know what to. Either to call the cops or not go in case he got hurt, because he didn’t care too much to help save his stepmother. But Adam thought about it and had time to think about it.
Adam had made a decision, he was going to wait till after sunrise to go get his stepmother back. After dinner his dad was still a mess. And so Adam gathered the money and snuck out the window and to the park he went. As Adam got to the park and was waiting on the swing. All of a sudden he heard a noise. Adam got up off the swing. He saw a car up and a man came out and was all in black with a black ski mask, and said, “ You GOTS THE MONEY?”and Adam juststood therewith themoneyinhis hands, then he sawhis stepmother with tape onher mouth and rope onher hands. He gave him the money and just pulled him his stepmom. Ad the man took off in a blink of an eye. Adam looked at Paula, she smiled and Adam looked so confused, because he knew something was up. They got home and dad came rushing to hug Paula because she was missing for a week. but then Adam went up stairs puzzled. Later that nigh the over heard Paula on the phone. She was laughing, Adam came out of bed to hear her. She was talking to some man on the phone and said,” We did it, now send me the money and we shall leave the man!”Adam rushed up stairs to tell his father. But not to say anything. His dad remember that he had a video tape system set up in the living room just in case. The burglar came back and watch the tape and saw what Paula said. He had called the police, and Paula and the man in the ski suit were sent to jail for a fake murder. And Yet Adam was happy she was out of the house so no one could replace his mother and she was a criminal.

The Beach

The beach is the best place to tan swim or even just hang out with friends at. I go all the time in the summer. I am going today too. and it's just fun to be by water with friends and in sand cause it makes me feel like I am actually having fun. I live 4miles away from the beach and i always walk there and its just fun to be there its next to school and its a small little town and I like that about Pewaukee.

Sometimes when I go i get burnt and like last week i got burnt really bad and now im peeling but thats okay. I like to tan to be honest i liek to be a little brown, because im so white in the winter time so i don't want to be so white in the summer. but after each summe i look differnt because i just like to change soemtimes. I had such long hair last year but now have hardly any.

I think that they shoould have more beaches out in Wisconsin. I want to live in Califonia, because the weather and the beaches are just so pretty and it seems etter in winter because no snow there. I hate soon, so much and my grandma hates it so much shes moving to arizona for the winter but She said i can go sometime. But I am not sure, but all I know is that I love the beach

Flowers

Me and my friend are suposed to talk about Flowers for some reason she picked that as our topic. So I am going to be talking about flowers. I honestly think that flowers are neat, because they are just colorful and bring happiness to everyone and it's also a good way to give my mother when shes mad at me for an excuse. But i have a camera and I love to take pictures of nature and I take some of flowers because they are just neat to look at and they are all different when you look at them.

I think that when you look at a flower they really make it pop if the background is just like lame or just plain and simple but if you put a flower by it then it can stand out. And I think that that's neat to look at. My favorite kind of flower would be a rose like a yellow one, those are so crative becasue its yellow and a rose i never see much of them ever. but yeah Flowers are everywhere.

Creative Pieces

Once upon a time there lived a boy named Jim. and well he was a strange boy at times but he didn't have much. No friends or much of family. It was him and his father, But yet his father was never there for him much. Yet this took place in the 1990s and Jim was in Middle school. he was in all the sports and loved to be apart of school and yet whenever he had an important event, his father was never there and well as Jim had gotten older he was trying to talk to girls but never had it. After years through Highschool and collage Jim had a great life ahead of him. He became head manigor of StarBucks.
He had just moved to New York, because he wanted to get away from his father and just see the big cities and have fun but he was always looking for a job because he wanted to live in New York City. Jim wasn't too sure what to do for a job, because he just got out of collage and well was just so excited to see the city so he took a day off of Star Bucks and went to travel out he saw everything the lights and even walked past Good Morning America. He just had a long day ahead of him. He even bought puppy as a pet and ofcoure named it Slim. So Slim and Jim.

Jim was in a coffee shop and saw a ton of help wanted jobs and just picked one that he thought would be the best to work for it was a journalist for New York Newspaper. He was apart of the school news paper club in highschool and was really good at it so he thought it would suit him best. He got a job there and ditch the coffee shop. Soon he had his stories on the 4th page and for him that was good but he wanted a story.

One day he was just in the park sitting and saw some sort of light and began to walk over and see a star. and he got out his camera and went home and wrote a sotry and even though his father wasnt proud of his work he had gotten his story on the 1st page of new york city news paper, soon he had become mangior and stayed in New York, and his father was proud that his voice was heard though and spoke the truth of his job.

The Back Door of Midnight

In the book I am reading is called, “The Back Door of Midnight” and it’s basically is about a girl that is finding out her father’s murder/death and she has no family left. But yet I found out that it was her uncle’s death, so that was a mix up with the book in the beginning. Well anyways I enjoyed this book because almost all teenagers go through family deaths and such and I like books I can relate to. The thing is I try to find a book to relate to and if you find a book with teenager going through problems and all like that. I will read them that because it makes me feel like I want to hear someone’s story and how they handle things with their problems.
I can understand how the girl in the book is feelings. She’s basically being brave about it and yet trying to find her uncle’s death and handling her aunts problems and apparently her aunt is psycho and needs help with anger. And in real life I bet a lot of kids have family issues going on and I love a book like this that I can just relate to and recommend it to someone. It got a little confusing at some parts and yet you still will be able to follow on what’s going on.
I think books like that can make people feel like we know what family problems are like. Like in the book it explains how she feels and how she is dealing with it, cause we all know how that is and yet I really enjoy reading the book and I think I am getting more into the books like that. And I think that I am going to start reading more books by the author because I want to know is what goes on in her head when she writes books like that. Because she knows things that can relate to other people and their problems.
I think that the message of the book is that you can get through anything by just being brave and keeping your head held high. And also I think that the message is just about how we all can go through problems like that in the book when the girl lost her uncle and I basically loved the book, so that’s all I have to say about it so far. I hope you read one of the books.

The Song I chose…..

I had chosen a song called “ Face Up” by Lights. The reason why is because it makes me feel when I have had a bad day I know I can go through anything and keep my head up and put a smile on my face. The song means how you can just show everyone what you are made of, how you can just hold your head high like there’s nothing to worry about. I have to say that is my favorite song I know and I like the nice guitar songs. Not fast and all you can understand it too. Lights has songs where you can relate to and it has life lesions in them to tell us it isn’t bad to have a bad day we just need to cheer up. The song inspires me when I have had a bad day because I know that it’s not the end of the world. And her songs are just about life and how we have struggles. I can mostly relate to all her songs and she is my favorite artist she has an amazing voice too.

Spring Break

I thought it be nice to write about my spring break for fun. Spring break was a week ago for me and I thought it was fun to just not worry about homework and all this school work just nice to lay in. I basically just laid in bed and hangout with friends it felt nice sleeping in. Better then just going to bed at 11 and waking up at 6 in the morning. I had a blast but yet we only have a month left of school almost or two months. and I t has been fun and yet gone by soo fast.

The Hundredth Dove

When I  had read the short story on, “ The Hundredth Dove”  I thought that the author was really detailed into writing it this short story, I noticed how  since the story was based on the middle ages or days when people talked  when kings and such were around. The words she used made you think you were there and  yet I  could picture everything from what I had read. I honestly don’t like when stories start out when it seems like it’s not a begging and how it seems to be the middle of the story. You know how stories start out with a indrouction, but some start out as if they were talking about  in situation  and once you read more you start to understand.

When I  was towards the ending of the story it was  a little confusing to me. The reason why is because how the doves  could sing or talk, and I thought that when did this start to happen. I like how it made a little rhyme out of the singing bird, but the hole story seemed to be about how a hunter or such was getting 100 doves for the king and  I never knew how in the end  one got away or died. But yet I  could image what was happening but yet the authors details were very just put out there, like as if you were there.

The one thing  I would change about this story would be the ending, Why you might ask is because I would want to know what it be like in  a few months or such to know how it changed the hunters life besides  giving up hunting. I would like  to know how  it change  him and the way he lives, same as the king. Did he ever have that wedding all because there weren’t 100 doves . but then again it was a short story.

            The short story for some odd reason made me think of it as “ Shrek”  that movie, because  the hunter is  on a little quest to get 100 doves for the king to have a wedding. Just in the movie it was like how Shrek went to go get  the princess for the wedding.  All because  the middle ages made me think of that for an odd reason. But that’s how I relate to stories or such.  I still think the story could use some more editing to it. If I could edit it I would. Overall I hope this makes you think about the story if you agree or disagree about the story.

The one thing that helps me be creative and just helps me with everything would be music. I love  how music can help me  focus and it  makes me want to do what I want, I don't have to listen to know one but in my head when I listen to all types of songs I love. The songs I listen to  just make me relate to life and what everything is based on. I think that I would want to be in some part of music company when I am older. Music can just descirbe everything I have and feel.  I would say that I can just also express  my thoughts on a sheet of paper and write a song. I think that what ever song you can just think about can help you create anything you image. If you put it into a song.

Insperations

Everyone has an insperation. Someone that they look up to and just follow their footsteps.  And I have  an idoil that I follow and that inspires me to be who I wanna be, and that is  Lights. Lights is  a singer/ guitar player. And I  love how her songs can just realate to life. And I am getting a guitar and I can't wait to play it and she is someone who got me into it. Like following my heart to do what I really wanna do something and so I go for it. She has an amazing voice and she writes all her songs bout life and how teens  go through.

        When I listen to Lights her songs just help me sometimes and when I am happy I listen to her songs, because she has a song for everything. And yet she makes you want to follow your dreams and that's what I am going to do.  She is just someone you would want to follow in her foot steps. I personaly think you should listen to her music and just think about how she can realate to you in just one song.

Twilight

I had read a book and to me I think it suits me, Because it is mystouirs and it's called " Twilight" . I though that it was just something fun to read and I love the kind of books like that. The book is something like adverterious and just spooky, but I hate love stories but it was like an action book, I saw the movie and thought might as well see if the books just like the movie. I honestly thought that the book was much better and I really liked it.

In the book I thought it was very detailed and just something that you didn't want to put down. One of my friends told me about how good it is and yet even though I saw the movie I wanted to compare it and I thought it was something that's just better then the movie and yet I hate reading I liked it. I needed a book that would suit me and I have to say I love books that have something with mystouis and Twilight was kind of like that but I didn't care for the romance much though.

I thought that The author was very detailed and on topic through out the hole book. To be honest I couldn't put the book down. I enjoyed it, even though I hate reading like really do, I did like it. But over all I want to know is how the author thought of a book like this. Like I mean how do you come up with something like this and inspired them to write a book like that. I thought it was just something that keeps you into it and those are the kind of books I would like to read. I think that it was long to read, but It's not like you can put all that on 50 pages.
And now I think I want to read the other 3 books that are left so I don't have to wait for the movie to com out. I am not a fan of the movie but the book is something intersting to read and keeps to thinking on what's going to happen next. The feelings of the characters in the book are very like how almost common person would have and just keeps you intrested on what's going on. That’s what a good book it is, so I think that maybe you should read it sometime. And compare it to the movie.

Elextronics

Everyday in our life we use technology and yet it used for everything. We use it for everything. I probably use it everyday for my life and Can't live without it and yet it probably has to take up so much battery in the world. Like I have to charge my phone i pod and laptop everyday. But I hardly doubt someone can live without anything electronic.

I love music, and the good thing about it is that if I never had technology I would never have heard music. I have at least 1000 songs on my i Tunes, But like I can't go anywhere without my i pod or music. Because it helps me think or just some songs can relate to your life. I bet a ton of people out there have a song that they can relate to. I also dance so im into music very much.

I always have my ipod and camera with me because i love to take pictures of things, Like i want to be a photogaprher and I am really good at it. I don't think I can live without technogly really I mean I use it for everything.

This is one of my Childhood memories

My childhood is very just as a normal little toddle would have. The first steps, talking, and even growing up each day by day. I for one just had a very different childhood and found some answers. I had troubles just like everyone else and yet as your childhood gets to fade when you grow up I don't remember much as I use to, but I of course would remember the exciting adventures I had as a toddler or such. I still will always carry them with me too and hope to never forget them. It was me and my mom and that's all that mattered to me, I didn't care if I really needed a dad. But yet I still wish I could go back in time and see how easy it was and looking at all the great memories one of my best memories I had is what I am going to talk about right now with you.

I remember almost everything it was when I was 4 on Valentin's Day and I was coming home after preschool or something like that and I found a black little kitty in my house and it was a surprise my mom had brought home and that was about the most greatest presants I had. We had named it Simon, I am not sure why but it was years ago I don't remember much. I had always had her since that day. And it was like something me and my mother have had for such a long time and just something that reminded me of my younger years.

But I had to know that cats don't live forever and yet that cat was just something that was like I had forever and I loved how it always hitted my dog with its paws and just was a wild cat but very calm. But this januray Simon had died and It was just something that I never wanted to let go. I mean it's something that just was apart of every thing I was when I was four. But it was hard but I knew that it was the best. I just know that she's in a much better place. I know that it's something not exciting to you maybe but to me it was a great child hood memory to have her sine I was little.

Even though almost everyone has had a pet die, I didn't think of my cat as a pet, more like family. And yet I am glad to write about this. I am just relating to how some people might feel as I do right now. I know that this isn't the best memory of my childhood but it's one that I will always remember. So I hope you enjoyed reading this, because it was something I really never shared. Yet in other peoples childhood like my friends. They have something unquie that I was basiclly typing about, So I hope you liked my Childhood memory.

The veldt

I had read a short story called " The Veldt," in my oppoin I would say it's an okay book, because when I started reading it I thought that it was just not a good starting, but I starting reading more and the thing was when I read it, I thought it was just confusing.( Yet I think a lot of things are confusing) Yet this book was just confusing when it started out. But yet I just kept reading it. So on words I knew it was going to be about Lions, because the cover was kind of obvious.

But yet the book doesn't seem like something I would read. I mean it's about some house that is all technoligy, It's called the Happylife House or something like that. And the family is suppoosily being torn apart and like I take it that the lion part comes form Africa when the Lady went on a long vaction to Africa. But in my oppoin I didn't enjoy reading that short story.

My reason why I didn't like was cause it seemed that the author was just off topic with the short story. I mean like I have read better short stories then that. But yet that's just my oppoin and how I think of the authors reading. But I want to know what the author thought about when he made this short story?

I don't understand why some authors have a cover and it sometimes doesn't make sense how the cover doesn't have to deal with the story, Like I hate when i get a book and the cover looks reallly neat and something I would love to read. But when you start reading it, it's like it has nothing to do with the cover. and I don't like that. And that's what I thought of this short story.

Papa's Parrot

In “,Papa’s Parrot” was a short story. But I enjoyed it, because I well kind of didn’t read a book. So it was too late to start. But I’m off topic kind of. When I read the short story I thought it was a tragedy. The reason why I think it is a tragedy is because the story was like how you basically lose something and in the short story Mr. Tillian got sick and left the store, but if you think about it when you read it. It’s like a something that reminds you from a childhood.

When you read it and understand it’s something that how when you known something for years and then just soon forget about it. It’s just like in the story. How something from your childhood can’t be forgotten and then you realize how it’s important it is to you.

Harry is mostly the main character, because he went to the candy shop everyday, until he got older. And the title is about how Mr. Tillian was losing business and got a parrot and apparently talked to it all the time. When you get to the middle version you would ask yourself the question like, What happened to Mr. Tillian? But he was just sick and in the end Harry ended up helping in the candy shop.

The thing is that makes it a tragedy is that the man grew old and yet you find out that harry is the grandson of Mr. Tillian, so in the end you find out that they are realated. But the ending is like a twist with the parrot, but you will have to read it. I would recamend this to someone that likes to read short stories like this. Because the short story was about three pages but it was easy to tell it was a tragedy. I did enjoy reading the story but I wish I could read a whole book, but I ran out of time so this is my chose of blogging about. So I hope that this would make you want to read a short story

The Hollow People

The book I read just had something to it like in, “ The Hollow People, “ it just has something to it that I really like. I really hate readying unless books have like a good mystery to it and that’s what I like to reading. The book is just one of those like with a twist you didn’t see coming and yet I want to know is how the author can just makes something like this. It would take me forever to think of a book like that.

            I really just have my own opinion I liked the book,  But I would like to know is how you can just make a book like with a twist in it. I mean because it’s like your reading a book that seems good and plain but then there’s a twist in it  towards the end and then, BAM! You have a amazing ending. 

The book starts out like these people take a pill from this doctor and  when they fall asleep and they are stuck in this little horror dream and   the twist is when  these two worlds apparently collided. And yet they are on this quest  to get out of the dream and awake from their sleep.  Yet on the cover of the book it seemed to  like look like the story itself. I really enjoyed reading something like that. So next time I have to write one of these essays I know what you read because write now those are my favorite books to read.

            The thing is when I read the book is it’s kind of like those crimmal minds show. Like a mystery and I really just need to know what happens towards the point of the end and  like  to solve the case.  So it’s just like how the book is. It’s mysterious
